Mr. Wilkie has served as the President and CEO since 1988. He joined DoALL
after graduating from the University of Southern California with a degree in
Business Administration and Finance. Starting in sales, Mr. Wilkie learned the
business from the ground up. After being promoted to Executive Vice President,
he developed the Company's international sales channels and founded DoALL's
foreign sister companies.
Jon Henricks
Vice Chairman
In his 40 years with DoALL, Mr.
Henricks has worn several hats. He presently serves on the boards of several
DoALL companies. In that capacity, he is able to call on many years of sales
and marketing experience to provide leadership and direction. Mr. Henricks
graduated from the University of Southern California with a BA in LAS.
William Henricks
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Henricks has worked in several different functions at DoALL including production, sales, customer service, integrated supply and marketing. Mr. Henricks graduated from PepperdineUniversity
with a BS in Business Administration.
David Crawford
Senior Vice President
Mr. Crawford has been with DoALL
since 1982. He leads the Company's sales and marketing group. Mr. Crawford has
worked as an outside salesperson, a district manager, and a regional manager.
He graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science and
Industrial Technology.
steve lund
Vice President, Finance & Accounting
Prior to joining DoALL in 2004, Mr. Lund served as division controller at
W.W. Grainger. Mr. Lund is a CPA, with an MBA from the Lake Forest School of
Management.
Timothy Moran
General Counsel
Mr. Moran joined DoALL in 2001.
Prior to DoALL, Mr. Moran was in private practice at law firms in Chicago, and
spent time as a tax professional with Arthur Andersen. He completed his
undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois and received his Juris
Doctorate degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology Kent College of Law.
Jim Rudolph
Vice President, Information Technology
Jim Rudolph joined DoALL in 1989 and
was promoted to VP of IT in 1996. He is responsible for administration of
DoALL's 60+ node branch network, 41 Cisco VOIP call centers, and 600 user
Prelude ERP application across North America.

Chuck Davis
Senior Vice President, Contour Saws
Mr. Davis joined DoALL in 1972 after graduating from Lea College , Minnesota .
He was promoted to SVP Contour Saws after serving 30 years in a variety of
financial roles. Mr. Davis has full responsibility for Contour as well as
oversight of DoALL Canada manufacturing.
Mike Johnson
President, CMI, Inc.
Mr. Johnson joined DoALL in 1979 and worked in several functions from Sales to
Operations, before being promoted to his current role in 1992. Mr. Johnson has
full responsibility for Continental Machines as well as Continental Hydraulics.
Prior to DoALL, Mr. Johnson was a branch manager with W.W. Grainger.
Jim Hobbs
DoALL Canada
Mr. Hobbs joined DoALL in 1984. Prior to DoALL, Jim was Manager of Systems
Contracting for Acklands Industrial, Inc. and spent 13 years with JB Reed
Industrial Supply in a variety of sales and operations roles.
